Services offered for project procurement plans

  • Material / Inventory Management

    Material management solutions can include use of our mobile proprietary software solution, Rexel consigned or Customer consigned material.

  • Onsite Mobilization / Services

    Supported by the world’s largest electrical distributor, the Rexel’s IPG can offer local support with brick and mortar locations or can put a warehouse directly onto your jobsite during construction to maximize the efficiency of project electricians.

  • Cable Management

    Offering design & specification assistance, Just-In-Time shipments of designated lengths and providing inventory status and project issue reports are just some of the main features of our Cable Management offering.

  • Custom Reporting and Invoicing

    Reports are frequently customized to address your project’s Key Performance Indicators. Typical metrics include OSD reports, open order lines, inventory turns, and mobilization schedule progress. Invoicing can be customized; summarized by release / by time-period, or issued as each transaction.

  • Material Take Off Services

    The IPG provides material take-off for all electrical bulk items specified by the project team. Bill of material (BOM) files are established, maintained, and organized by drawing, area, and revision.

  • Kitting / Staging

    The IPG can coordinate a kitting or staging operations capable of grouping, packaging and coordinating the delivery of products sets required to maximize the use of construction man-hours.

  • Special Exporting Requirements

    The IPG is capable of export packing and completing documentation requirements as required.

    Each enterprise account is assigned an account manager responsible for that EPC globally. That individual coordinates the resources of the world’s largest electrical distributor and is accountable for fostering strategic long-term relationship.
